Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
